A great afternoon yesterday, a trip to the local pool, followed by dinner, a short rehearsal and a walk into Rottweil for ice cream. The evening was rounded off with games of football, table tennis and table football.

Lovely visit to Schiltach today. Unfortunately our coach broke down so we were here much longer than expected but as places to break down go this was very beautiful and hospitable.

What a fabulous first morning in Germany. Great breakfast followed by a sing outside a fabulous giant cuckoo clock, ice creams and a fabulous walk under the viaduct and up the Ravenna Gorge

Italy Tour 2023 Day 6.2
Wow wow wow! What an incredible experience – we have just sung mass in San Marco, Venice. Absolutely amazing acoustics. Our director was very pleased to be congratulated by the San Marco organist on such a very good choir. So lovely to have so many parents join us for this incredibly moving privilege for our choir. We even had some German visitors who were sat behind us at the opera in Verona who came to the service especially to hear us sing. What a fabulous end to our wonderful tour of northern Italy

Back in Verona yesterday evening for dinner at Mamamia Restaurant, Verona, overlooking the Verona Arena. While eating our delicious meal we were serenaded by an opera singer outside – this really helped to get us all in the opera mood

Fabulous day in Sirmione, Lake Garda. Beautiful blue skies, stunning lake scenery and the largest and most delicious ice creams. We had a
wonderful time stopping and singing while exploring this beautiful little town, we even found some olive trees to shelter under so our director was extra happy.
