Another fantastic concert tonight with the wonderful Junior Jazzchor. We so loved performing together as well singing our own set and listening to you – there was even a little bit of Romsey Youth choir dancing along to some of your songs. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality, you have definitely inspired us to add a jazz number or 2 to our repertoire next year. We really hope we can share a joint concert together in Romsey in the not too distant future.

What a night! A huge thank you to Stadtkirche Freudenstadt for their wonderful pre-concert hospitality, providing a really delicious sit down tea for 72 people. We then got ourselves ready for our evening concert. The acoustics in the church were incredible, such a privilege to sing in this building, we could all feel just how special this performance was. At the end of the concert we received a standing ovation from a very large appreciative audience. We danced our way back to the coach and were just about to pull away when a man handed a donation to our driver big enough to purchase 72 ice creams and a new piece of music for the choir – so incredibly generous. A huge thank you to everyone who made this evening possible, especially Jörg Sander.

A great afternoon yesterday, a trip to the local pool, followed by dinner, a short rehearsal and a walk into Rottweil for ice cream. The evening was rounded off with games of football, table tennis and table football.

Lovely visit to Schiltach today. Unfortunately our coach broke down so we were here much longer than expected but as places to break down go this was very beautiful and hospitable.
