Fantastic night in Cortona – danced and sang with Slovenian traditional Dance Group – they were wonderful

Italy: Food

Lots of lovely food, some unusual food to try today including octopus, watermelon, brown peppers, truffle tapenard , Italian hams, cheeses, pizza. Chicken, anchovies olives and bread.

Italy: First Concert

Fantastic first concert last night, audience of over 120 people from all over the world. Wonderful solos from Emma Tipping, Katie Grout and Jess Allan.
