Barcelona Tour 2017

We travelled to Spain staying in a fabulous hotel in Figueres home to the modernist painter Salvador Dali.

The choir performed concerts in Gaudi’s amazing Sagrada Familia,

the stunningly breathtakingly beautiful abbey at Montserrat

and in the stunning acoustics of the church of Sant Pierre in Figueres.

We had great fun swimming in the local pool, visiting Barcelona and walking the coastal path around Playa d’Aro where we sang in the Mediterranean Sea – a Romsey Youth Choir First!
